Please choose carefully and ask any questions prior to buying as we do not normally offer refunds if you've simply changed your mind.
A refund, repair, exchange or credit is available if on arrival the goods are advised faulty or the model or the specifications are incorrect.
The warranty period is listed in each item description. Please refer to your invoice for your warranty period and this begins from your invoice date. The warranty excludes software (eg if you get a virus), the battery as they're consumable (working battery guaranteed to be provided) and accidents/misuse (eg liquid spillage).
All returns must include any passwords or they will be in breach of our returns policy and returned to sender with the warranty nullified.
For change of mind we charge a 20% restocking fee or $100, whichever is greater.
Uncollected laptops will incur a storage charge of $20 per month.
